In that phase its matter is gaseous, centrifugal force rules here. Particles of matter repel each other. A subsequent fate is not determined by the man alone. As mentioned earlier, there are more factors at play. They are side effects from events and people. But there are also incarnations of evolutionarily very high individuals who, unlike other people, need not reincarnate but hey still do. People have to reincarnate.
