This is the newest edition of A.B. Simpson's "Christ in the Bible Commentary." This edition takes the previous 22 volume and combines them into 6. This is the 3rd of the 6 volumes.
The difference in these latest 6 volumes is the use of NIV text in place of the original KJV. Also, the later editions of Simpsons writings (those after 1974) are reworded, and retitled. This was done to continue printing them under copyright, and also to "modernize" the grammar and explanations.
