Transcribed by ʻAlī ibn Muḥammad ibn Aḥmad al-Khasikī, who worked from the author's copy, (dated 893 H [1487]). He completed this manuscript in 20 Dhū al-Ḥijjah 1174 H 23 July 1761.

Paper: yellowed cream, with watermarks. Last leaf repaired, damage from humidity and termites on most pages. Black ink on title page, text of al-Lumaʻ in red, commentary in black. Some marginal notes; title page has stars and Arabic letters written over earlier text. Catchwords on rectos.
