Three of the plates are woodcuts. The 4th is an engraving by Antonio Bova.

Binding, c. 1: vellum. Red spine label with title in gilt: LUPI / DISSERT / AREZ.1753. Paper slip with shelfmark at foot of spine: X26b. The edges sprinkled red. Inscription on front free endpaper recto: Purchased at Mr. Crofts's Sale 1783 (Thomas Crofts, 1722-1781). On t.p. verso and last p. is British Museum stamp, with a 2nd stamp on the t.p. verso reading: 1831 duplicate for sale.

Library's c. 2 bound with: Alphabetum veterum Etruscorum / G.C. Amaduzzi. Rome : Congregatio de Propaganda Fide, 1771 (SPECIAL 93-B3841).
