Edition Notes
The Casus breves libri collationum and the Casus breves feudorum are attributed to Jacobus de Belviso and Baldo degli Ubaldi, respectively, in their explicits. Ubaldi is usually considered the author of the Casus breves in Codicem et Institutiones Justiniani, although that work has sometimes been attributed to Johannes de Turnhout.
Issued with (followed by) another volume which is a Casus breves for the Digesta (see LCCN 2011656460). The Basel edition, published in 1480, has continuous signatures (Cf. BM 15th cent., III, p. 727) and is usually listed as one work in bibliographies.
