Very good beginning book for Hatha yoga. It has routines for the sedentary worker, the housewife, and a rotation of groups of poses to get you started. It has a chapter with special poses for specific problems and one with advanced poses. Even though this book was written in the 60's it still has useful information for anyone wanting to begin their yoga practice.
