‎"The Awareness Techniques are so easy to use and they are so effective. If any of you come about to use the Awareness Techniques and become integrated with all of your levels of consciousness, and become an advocate, then you will find it a very personal thing. I don't approve of, or recommend, evangelism where the Awareness Techniques are concerned. When someone is ready for this type of extreme...ly high spiritual activity, activity far beyond man's concept of spirituality, or metaphysics or any other teaching; far beyond the level of consciousness that man has attained, even among our very scientific and social advocates of life on this planet. Of course, I do not down anyone, I do not ridicule anyone because each one is on a level of understanding that he is, and I do not say get out of that and get on what I have got. That is utterly ridiculous." William Swygard 1971

AVANTA-RAJ-BARA
Avanta-Raj-Bara is a very experienced individual who came here from the third universe eighteen million years ago. He has had the distinction of being part of every civilization on this planet. He has been integrated for quite a few years and we have benefited greatly from his varied experiences here on this planet as well as the many experiences he has had within this creation..
He is known in this lifetime as William A. Reilly. He has encouraged us to write the Awareness Techniques Books and has helped to make them possible. He has brought forth many new ideas which will come about in future books as well as future series of books.
He has been a successful business man and is an active participant in the publishing of the books as well as the distribution of the books. He has had part in every phase of the books, from typing manuscripts to illustrating to mailing and, forthcoming, to writing.
So, it is my pleasure to introduce him to our readers as you will be hearing from him within the covers of future books on the Awareness Techniques.

INTRODUCTION
You may have received this Awareness Techniques, Book 4 in the mail or you may have purchased it in one of the many hundreds of bookstores where our books are now available on this planet. Let's think you have purchased it in a bookstore and we are following you home - man or woman, woman or man, positive or negative. Here we go! We are talking about elementals here.
The bookstore probably placed your book in a paper bag and you carried it out to your car. You took your keys out of your handbag or coat pocket and opened the car door and got in on the seat and started the engine and off to your house. All the underlined objects in the previous sentence are made by a varying number of elementals each of which is in the first stage of consciousness or experience in this creation. The elementals in each case make the atoms that comprise these objects. The elementals that make the atoms that comprise each object are under the direction of a fairy consciousness (the second stage of consciousness in this creation - more about fairies in Book 5 of the Awareness Techniques) whose function is to create and hold together, according to plan, the group of elementals during their handbag experience, so to speak.
In Book 4, William Swygard develops the truth of the elemental and his experience in the creation and how he fits into the very recently implemented creator's plan. Further truth, stated for the first time on this planet, tells of the difference between plant and mineral elementals. Later in the book we are told about Lords and Technicians. The last chapter uses the ancestors of William Swygard to illustrate what is involved in knowing your physical self.
Back to our story. Each word that follows and is underlined is made up of varying numbers of millions of atoms, and each of the millions of atoms which has been created by an individual elemental spirit consciousness. This is the case with every object, be it plant or animal, in this creation.
Let's see, you were driving to your house. You arrive and open the garage door, park your car and head into the house, picking a tulip on the way. In the house you first change from your shoes to your comfortable slippers, make yourself a cooling drink, sit down in your favorite chair after putting the tulip in a vase. Possibly you pick up a cigarette or pipe or cigar, light up with a match and flick some ashes into your ashtray.
You see, all these objects, plant or mineral, have life through the being of the elemental consciousness making the atoms that comprise it. Quadrillions of years ago you were involved in this experience during your introduction to knowing or establishing in the creation. If you were a Lord type consciousness you were told by your creator to "go and know my creation and return it unto me." If you were a Technician type you were told by your creator to "go establish my creation and return it unto me."
You may integrate and see the creator giving you one of these commands. Further, you can integrate and look at the elementals who are holding atoms on the G-force line in your favorite plants or objects. They are experiencing today through knowing or establishing just as you did many years ago during your elemental stage of spirit consciousness. You, yourself are made up of millions upon millions of elemental formed atoms, all being involved in creating and the operation of various organs, each with a function directed by a fairy. This is why Sherlock Holmes understood what it was all about when he said, elementary, my dear Watson, elementary!
See you in Book 5. (Note: Book 5 never got written)

ELEMENTALS
I suppose this story could start out, "Once upon a time." It is a long continuing story. It shows you, from the beginning, where you came in, where your neighbor came in. How you started in this creation. We could call this your beginning and as far as you were concerned, this was the first day of creation.
We knew little about the creation, because, that day we were fresh released spirits. We were released into a condition, or stage, called the elemental. The elemental is the lowest, the most simple kind of spirit. It is very small compared to what we are today. So we continue then through seven stages of experience; the elemental, the fairy, the deva, the man, the angel, the manu and the son. Having completed these seven stages we reach full maturity in the spirit stage. This takes a long time, in fact, it will take parts of seven books to tell you all about it; about each stage, about your experiences in and about these stages and how you finally reach maturity within this creation. Please stand by, ready to learn a lot about yourself.
So, now we will begin with one seventh of the story - the elemental stage. Before we begin, let us talk a moment about how long ago this happened. We have found on this planet individuals who started within this creation about twenty four quadrillion years ago. This is very difficult to express, that is to put down a certain number, because you must remember this seventh universe and this earth, or planet, did not exist then. So, we are talking about twenty four quadrillion years ago, earth time, knowing, as a fact, that this earth has gone slower and faster during times of its life. Let me again express that it is very difficult to put down a number to cover such a long time.
The youngest consciousness (they came here; they did not originate here) that happens to be on this earth, at this time is over twelve quadrillion years old. We all range, here on earth, from approximately twelve to twenty quadrillion years old. We have found a very few here on earth who are older than twenty-four quadrillion years but don't let that fact bother you for one minute.
So let's discover what happened to this first stage of spiritual consciousness, the elemental stage. From twenty-four to twelve quadrillion years ago most of you earth residents were released as elementals from the creator. Now to some of you, thinking this through, it doesn't mean a thing. Released from the creator means that part of the creator's body is released. Part of his consciousness is released as well. We are speaking of spiritual body and spiritual consciousness. How is this done? It is remarkably easy. The creator gets a little larger than he is right now (which is large enough, we might say) in an area that is called the center of the central universe. He has released spirits before as a first act of the creation. He must continue to release spirits as long as the creation is growing.
We find the creator making himself larger, as I said, larger than himself and then quickly shrinking or lowering himself in size and there he leaves some residue or individuals, should we say, hanging dry. These are the released spirits. They are immediately admonished - given an instruction. An instruction which you carry with you to this day. The released spirits are named at that time. Your name goes on to serve you throughout your existence in the creation and it is still not taken away from you at the end of the creation, but more added to it. So we see a spirit or a large number of spirits created which is necessary only when it comes nearly time to populate a planet with these elementals. As things appear to us there are a whole universe full of planets created and ready to be populated with elementals at nearly the same time. Huge numbers, actually we don't know the number on this planet, are created in a few years’ time to go forth and populate planets in a universe. We have these large numbers of spirits and they must be taught rather quickly what their role will be.
They are given an area in the central universe which contains planes one through twelve, and is very similar to what they will find on a planetary structure. Here they are put through the ropes. They are trained by a group known as technicians. They are shown through these planes and how to make mineral substance. Those who are released intermittently as technicians are kept in the central universe and they very seldom go out. But as these elementals (newly released spirits) are put through the ropes on planes one to twelve, they are given an introduction to the traveling technicians who, from time to time, take them out into the universe. These technicians are called elohim. The elohim put the elementals into quite a large craft and take them into the universe. Let's say they go into the third universe.
We already have the first universe and the second universe built and the elohim have made the planets at the planned or designated spots or places. The creator has breathed life into the new planets, into the planes of these planets actually, and things are already to go. The elohim, as we said, take these newly released elemental grade spirits in quite large spacecraft to their planet. They are put into the twelfth plane in the charge of the planetary lord of that planet and, after an introduction, are left with him. The elohim and space craft leave. The planetary lord is now in charge of them. When the planet is ready to go, probably a few years later, the elemental spirits are turned over to the devas who are awaiting the job of energizing these elementals. The devas do not handle the elementals when they begin their job, but they do have the job of placing them about on the planet. The elementals come under the direction of the fairies - but we will talk more about that later.
The elemental then repeats the first job he had in the central universe and that is making mineral atoms in the mineral kingdom. The deva makes good use of the elemental on all planes, one through twelve. There is nothing appearing on the first or second planes other than minerals. Those two planes are generally classified as part of the mineral division of the third plane. The elementals will begin to make plants and animals on the third plane; but we are getting ahead of our story.
We have an elemental beginning his work on the first plane and second plane, and then continuing to the third plane, fourth plane, fifth plane, and so forth. Now there is one seeming peculiarity that you must become aware of, and that is that the elementals work on all planes, in the same position and without moving from the very spot where they started an atom. The same elemental will, for instance, start on the first plane, and in that very position. He will make a second plane atom, third plane atom, fourth plane atom, fifth plane, sixth and so forth up through the twelfth plane. The second plane elemental will do the same on the second plane. The third plane elemental will do the same thing on the third plane. The fourth plane elemental will do the same thing on the fourth plane. This happens on up through the fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh and twelfth planes. Each elemental running the entire group on each upper plane exactly the way they happened on the lower planes.
The elemental may make only mineral elements on the first and second planes. In other words he will not portray anything nor will \he justify anything on the first and second planes except minerals. It is different when he comes to the third plane.
Here too, is something you must always remember. The elemental rides on the G-force lines. If he is not on a G-force line he is invisible to man, or does not make any splash, should we say, on that plane. A G-force line is somewhat of a nickname used throughout the creation. It is a line that comes from the crystal in the center of a planet. There are countless numbers of G-force lines emerging from the crystal at the center of a planet and going on to the outer twelfth plane of the planet. They are G-force lines because they come from the center of all spheres. They are also present in spirits whether they be an elemental or any of the other six stages of spirit. They can come from a planet or sun. This is to prove that each released part of the creator is of the same creator. We are all prime creator substance from elemental on up through son, including the creator himself. Please do not forget this fact, ever.
As I was saying, this G-force line released from the elemental (on up to and including son), reaches into whatever planes are necessary, and passes the G-force lines of the creator. When one does this he is always in the thoughts of the creator and the creator is always in his mind. The only trouble with man is that he does not think of the creator in this manner. Man always thinks (when he thinks at all) of some huge formless, faceless being more than a million miles away. It is no wonder that man on this planet rarely does as much as the elemental grade spirit. The elementals provide the very substance we eat, wear, live in and walk on; not to mention the stuff we throw away or do not even see.
Now we come to an explanation that seems, for some people, a little confusing or hard to understand. I will go to great lengths in detail to explain and give you instructions which will enable you to see it for yourself as it happens. It is really not difficult to understand.
Now, let's see how the elemental makes an atom. He rides or connects to one of billions of G-force lines that come from the center of the planet. If he is in between the lines of G-force the elemental, or what we call the atom, disappears. He must be on that line of consciousness called simply a G-force line.
The elementals make the atoms that comprise the objects we see around us. What we see is only a small part of its existence. The atom that this elemental makes or portrays is also being portrayed on the other planes of consciousness as well. This does not mean that the elemental you will look at in a few minutes or so travels all the way to another plane designate. He does this right here in the third plane designate. He runs through a cycle. He starts by making the first plane phase, or period of the atom (Figure 1, Item A), and then cycles into the second plane phase, (Figure 1, Item B) then the third plane phase,, (Figure l, Item C) and so on all the way through all the planes until it comes to the very end of the twelfth plane phase. At the very end of this twelfth plane phase the atom grows flat in shape (Figure 6, Item G), and is spinning at such a tremendous speed that the elemental's consciousness, that makes this atom, almost loses control (Figure 6, Item H). At this point when the twelfth plane phase of this atom is finished the top and the bottom of the atom touch (Figure 6, Item I.) This touching crystalizes the creation material used to make this cycle and the crystal that is made is the beginning of the soul of the elemental grade spirit. The cyrstalized material is just a loose ring around the elemental, and will stay loose through the elemental, fairy and deva stages. When the spirit reaches the man stage, the loose crystalized creation material is collected and put in order. The spirit does not use or call upon his soul until he reaches the man stage, but more of that in later books.
Let's continue. When the twelfth plane phase is completed the cycle starts all over again. Now let's become aware of the fact that you are a third plane permanent body of consciousness you are only aware of the atom made by the elemental grade spirit when it is in the third plane phase of its cycle through all the planes. So in reality we see only that atom of the elemental approximately one ninety sixth of the time that it is in existence.
Now let's integrate and watch that atom. Let's pick a particular atom in the wall or the rug, or some piece of furniture you have there. Pick one very near the surface so you can easily watch and see this cycling up the planes.
Now you can integrate all of your planes of consciousness so you can watch all the planes of consiousness of that atom.
So, here we go now. Watch that atom. Slow it down a great deal, as you are not going to watch the atom go through the stages of its cycle millions of times a second. You see this little atom. Now watch it closely, beginning almost as a spindle.
Let's first watch the product that he makes on plane one phase. Ask to see this now and definitely see it. He looks like the little spindle in Figure 1, Item A. And very quickly, it looks like it flips to the next plane phase, but it doesn't. The "flip" happens when the elemental cycles from one plane phase to another. Now he looks like something broader, something wider, something bigger, as in Figure 1, Item B. See it?
Now in Figure 1, Item C, he gets still bigger, and depicts a mineral form as in the above mentioned symbol, and that is in the third plane. There are millions per square inch of these elementals making millions of atoms per square inch. We are doing something now that has never been done before on this plane by an unintegrated third plane consciousness. You are watching an actual atom. This is the first time it has ever been done on this plane. We have not photographed the atom by any means or method. We have suspected it looks like this or like that, and you have seen many different drawings and models of these assumptions of the atom but they certainly do not look anything like the atom. You, as an individual, are seeing the atom for the first time as it is in reality.
Now, let us look at the next illustration, Figure 2, Item D and you see there the fourth plane atom. It moves on to the fifth plane atom in Figure 2, Item E, and you see the sixth plane atom in Figure 2, Item F. These are three examples of the atom as it exists during its cycle in the mind planes. Stay integrated and keep looking at this atom. You see quite a change by now in the actual physical product as the atom changes planes. Now ask to see all the atoms of an object, such as a chair or a lamp. Each atom in the object gets larger as all the atoms of the object cycle through the planes in unison. So it is with all the objects in the room. You now begin to wonder what you aee doing here in your physical body.
These things are not noticed by any one particular individual in our society. Now look at a third plane atom, whether it be of any of the mineral substances, the most dominant substance about you, and you see there for the first time what an atom looks like on the third plane. You are only interested in the third plane of that atom. We can say the person on the fourth plane is interested with the atom only as it appears on the fourth plane, and the fifth plane likewise and so with the sixth plane. But within your third plane designate, you as an individual are interested only in the third plane. That is why you see only the manifestations and the results of the atom during its third plane cycle. We do not care what the object, or even atom, or more correctly the elemental, looks like on the first and second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth planes and so forth.
Now we have the fourth plane atom as seen in Figure 3, Item D. It is a little bigger and a little wider, and in my opinion, more pleasing to the eye. So you will notice in this enlarged drawing of the atom that the aforementioned G-force line is the center of the atom. This fourth plane atom is of interest only to the consciousness on the fourth plane designate. Now, if that atom varies, and it cannot vary much from that exact center line (the G-force line that holds the atom in place) that it gives off light. Now you know the source of light. The atom gives off light when it is tilted ever so slightly, and we will get more into that in a moment. Incidentally, atoms are of equal distance, as far apart, up and down on the G-force line as it is from one G-force line to another.
You should have noticed also that the top half of the atom moves in an opposite direction from the bottom half. The top half is positive in polarity and the lower half is negative in polarity. This means an equal, very equal, amount of creation material is travelling in the opposite direction in each half.
Now, if we want to talk about light as a center of interest right now, we always counted spirit as being light, besides always moving, being negative in polarity, and untransmutable. But one of its most important characteristics is that it is light. Every time we see light we are looking at something of spirit. Even in the early stages of spirit there is a great amount of light. If we light a fire, burn a light bulb, a fluorescent light, even look at the sun or use atomic energy, we are looking at the light from the spirit of that material. Now, there is no light given off from an atom that is riding perfectly straight on the G-force line, but when the atom tilts or varies slightly, we see light. The amount of light is in proportion to the atom's tilting. The slight tilting of the atom lets you look into either the bottom or top, and there, you see the light. Enough of that for a moment. We will be back to it soon. LET US LOOK AT Figure 4 now, and see what makes the atom. There we are looking at the unused, unusable portion should we say, the spiritual aspect of an elemental. Figure 4 shows us what an elemental looks like for the first time in the written history of this planet. This is an approximation or a schematic. The positive part of the elemental that you see in the center of the picture is doughnut shaped, even though it is nothing like a doughnut in contents. It is wrapped around, or working in an opposite direction, the negative aspect of this elemental. Now even though the doughnut description is about correct, the negative lines are many more in number. They are reduced considerably in number in this drawing so that we may see definitely the positive aspect inside. Both aspects of an elemental go around at a fantastic speed. Almost like a gyroscope top trying to keep perfect balance. It takes a split second for the fairies to move the elementals on to the G-force lines and only there will they begin to make an atom.
If you will turn to the illustration in Awareness Techniques, Book Three, page 39 that depicts the spirit of man, you can see how much the spirit has grown. It has come from the smallest form in creation as an elemental grade spirit to the now large multi-conscious being. However, the fact that becomes apparent is that it has not grown appreciably in form. It looks more like the spirit of the creator. Another proof that we are from the same source, the creator. You are made in his image and you grow in consciousness by experience.
Let us turn now to Figure 5 and see the whole picture of an elemental sitting on the G-force line making a fourth plane atom. Here he rides the line as the familiar positive and negative aspect of his elemental spirit on that G-force line, but we notice something else. He has garnered his learnings in the central universe. His very first experience, as a result, is to project a very familiar humanoid head form. This comes right out of the elemental himself, showing that it does have consciousness. This head, as it varies from elemental to elemental, does not have real eyes, or a nose, or a mouth, or ears. They are only projections of them. The elemental spirit does not see, or hear, or taste, or smell. Those are only things shown as
humanoid in proper proportion. These elementals then, through their experiences, take on more and more humanoid form as you will see in succeeding stories of spirit's existence in this creation. It takes the humanoid form because it is the predominant form in this creation.
However, we didn't talk about the seventh, eighth and ninth planes, yet, did we? Let's see what the elemental does now while we are in an integrated state. Look at the seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh, and twelfth plane cycle and see what actually happens to this atom. At the seventh plane cycle it gets larger and more flat. At the eighth plane it is still larger and more flat. By this time we are well off the drawn page, in proportion to the other drawings. Let's look at the ninth plane cycle and it is still larger and even more flat. The tenth, even more so. We come to the eleventh plane cycle and it looks quite a bit like the drawing we see in Figure 6, Item G. This drawing is way out of proportion according to the other drawings. We would need a much larger double page to draw this size of atom as to scale with the rest of the atoms. Then at plane twelve we see it getting still larger and would need more space yet to draw. In the last phase, the last split second of the twelfth plane, it begins to lose control. As the top part (being the opposite in polarity to the bottom part), meets the bottom part, (Figure 7, Item H) the two charges meet and the structure collapses on itself. In a roaring explosion, the elemental, still riding the G-force line, let’s go of the atom. So we can describe Figure 7, Item I by saying it is just past the twelfth cycle and is about to let go of the atom and begin the cycle over again.
Herewith, we have presented the story of the atom which you were privileged to watch in an integrated state. You were able to follow this atom through a full cycle in the planes of consciousness. You are now aware of what is happening right now, in your very presence, to some object in the room such as a rug or chair or the wall, etc. You are able to see how it increases in size as it goes through a cycle until the polarities meet and the structure collapses to start again through another cycle in the next split second. You may broaden your view to include any object or spot on the planet at any given moment of time.
So you see that we are living in illusion. Not only is an atom so minute in its time of duration, it is also minute in size. It takes hundreds of billions of elementals to make anything the human mind can appreciate.
You have just gone through a really good exercise in integration. It has demonstrated to you that your consciousness is not a part of your physical being. It has demonstrated that your consciousness can step out on its own, away from the physical body. It has demonstrated that your consciousness can look at the smallest object in the creation and bring it up to understandable visible size. Then your consciousness was able to speed up to the point where it could watch this smallest object in the creation go so slowly that you could see it in detail and not miss any detail in the process.
In fact, there is something that was going on that you, as an observer, may have missed. This "something" is a basic process that goes on in a creation. You may now see it in the early stages where it is easier to view.
A creation is a demonstration period whereby the creator is able to demonstrate (by creating the creation and finishing it) that which he learned in the learning period of his existence. Besides the demonstration aspect of creation, we are shown the two poles within a creation. If these two poles were not established and continually experienced within a creation, the creation could not exist. And so we find spirit as one pole. Spirit is light, negative
in polarity, always moving, and, intransmutable. The other pole is creation substance. Creation substance is dark, positive in polarity, still, and, transmutable. Not only are they opposite in polarity but these two substances are opposite in four ways and therefore hold much attraction for one another. This constitutes the very being of the creator and his four "senses," detail, mind, energy and concept, and keeps the creation in balance.
Now, let's look at the elemental grade spirit again as he cycles through the planes; detail, mind, energy, and, concept. See him as he is drawing in creation substance. This substance is all around him. As he speeds on through the cycle it is somewhat like a propeller under water. The creation substance holds on to him due to his polarity. As time passes more and more creation substance holds on to the spirit. Now you can see how spirit being untransmutable makes the creation substance seem to be of a like polarity within half of itself. Spirit turns in the same direction but from an inverted axle. The elemental grade spirit draws more and more creation substance into himself until he has fulfilled his role on the twelve planes and it collapses due to the polarities touching.
What happens then? The collapsing, touching poles cause a new substance to be made, soul. The transmutable creation substance is still under the control of the elemental grade spirit and he transmutes it, based on his just-past experience, to soul. A tiny bit of it is transmuted to spirit and the elemental grade spirit grows a little.
The soul, a third substance in the creation, must grow and grow until the creation is over. The creator then brings his experience of his completed creation plan consisting of spirit, creation substance and soul into the second learning period which, after completion, will ultimately lead into another creation, a tri-pole creation. But, that is of another day quite far into the future.
Now, let's get back to our atom and see more in detail what else he is able to accomplish. The elemental grade spirit, as he begins in the mineral world, does not have much consciousness compared to your consciousness, for instance. He begins on this plane by making hydrogen atoms and spends a lot of time making all the various atoms clear up to the classification of uranium. You will notice that each mineral atom gets more complicated and heavier as you look into the molecular structure of each mineral form. Since this material is so new to most of you, let's go over the growth of an atom again and get a better understanding of the process.
First, the elemental makes hydrogen atoms, then, helium atoms and so forth. In other words, he makes the gaseous materials. These are classified as gases or non¬mineral even if they are in a liquid or solid state. Then, we get into the near mineral and semi-mineral materials and finally on up into the mineral and heavy mineral material. Now, our elemental has finally finished his long experience of making everything in the mineral world, or the mineral kingdom, as it is sometimes called.
The next stage of experience for the elemental is the plant kingdom or plant materials. The process starts all over again with the making of hydrogen atoms. So now he can readily see that there is a difference between the plant hydrogen atom and the mineral hydrogen atom. This time, however, there is more consciousness involved in the making of the plant kingdom or plant materials. In the mineral process we could find simple compounds such as H2O or CuSO, which were simple for the mineral kingdom. Now, the process gets more complicated. Plants can combine four or five combinations of their activity with great ease and bond or bind them together. This involves a more complicated atom than was previously made in the mineral world. The elemental is now dealing with sugars and starches mostly in the hydrogen, oxygen, carbon and nitrogen combinations. He is also involved in the process of oxidation. But, we can see that the elemental still covers the entire cycle in the plant from hydrogen to plutonium, this, of course, being tackled step by step from the gaseous elements to the heavier mineral forms. After completing this cycle in the plant kingdom, the elemental is then repositioned to begin over again in the animal kingdom.
In the animal kingdom, he now is busy making up the atoms that form the bodies of all the animals we see throughout a planet and also the atoms in the human bodies we find on the planet. Again, he repeats the cycles through hydrogen atom right on up to the near metal and heavy metals. It is still gaining more consciousness and can take part in a large number of compounds. It can contribute a great deal to the animal kingdom.
As the consciousness of the elemental becomes more experienced it becomes larger in size and is more pronounced as a humanoid form. The elemental now looks and feels that he has more consciousness. It is now able to make an ever increasing number of combinations of molecules of matter. It can take part in almost any activity in the elemental stage. It is really in the "prime of the elemental" cycle of his spirit experience. It is coming to the end of this phase of elemental or primary activity in the elemental cycle. After he is finished with this activity of making atoms, he will be ready for the next phase, which, of course, we will cover in the next book of this series. But, in the meantime, let's explore further into the elemental kingdom.
Let's examine a tree during the fall of the year. You see a leaf dropping off the tree. What happens to that leaf in the transition of life to death? It still must hold a shape or form; it still must resemble, somewhat, a living form. The same process goes on with any plant. It is sometimes difficult to see with the human eye but let's look at what we do see with the human eye. During the few hours or days it takes the leaf to die, or the entire plant to die, we can see it wilt. This means that the water is leaving the plant'. Let's integrate now and see the dying leaf and see the process involved. We can see that there is a definite change of elementals. But what is being replaced and what is replacing it. Look closely and you will see that the whole atomic structure of the leaf is being replaced by mineral atoms. You might say that we are now looking at a mineral leaf. If you keep samples of leaves in the herbarium, for instance, you are looking at mineral atoms that are keeping the form of the leaves.
Let's see what happens to the process in the animal kingdom. When death occurs, the entire animal form is filled by the mineral atoms. By the time rigor mortis has set in, or during the first few hours after death, there is quite an exchange of elementals, from animal to mineral. This process takes place over a period of several days. After a couple of days, it is safe to say that the animal you see is no longer made up of animal atoms but is now entirely taken over by mineral atoms. Of course, the other forms that look after these mineral filled animals or plants have replaced them as well. We will also explain this further in the next book.
Let's say that you go to the meat market. What you see there is entirely filled with mineral atoms. They are still able to respond to life or, if you will, they still have animal characteristics about them. So, in fact, you are buying minerals and eating minerals. It may taste like animal but the elemental makes it taste that way by replacing everything to the exact molecule, in the animal. If the product is very fresh, it may still have a few elementals left of animal elementals. But, by the time you cook it and eat it, it will be mineral in content. Even if you eat it raw, the digestive process will not allow you to absorb any part of it while it is animal material. By replacing these various forms, the elemental is getting in some good practice for when the time comes for him to make the animal atoms. It may even practice beyond the animal into the human form.
So you see, we are constantly fooling ourselves. We buy a can of beans. There is no life in those beans as we know it in the plant kingdom. Likewise, if we buy some canned beef. There is no difference between the two and so you can eat either one or both and get the same product through your body. There is a great controversy over vitamins. There are live vitamins, we are told. They are made the natural way and are far superior to the synthetic way. As you can see from our previous explanation, there is no difference between the two. By integrating, you can see what effect, if any, they have on the body. Oh, you want to know how to look into the body. Well, this will be shown and explained to you later in the series in the book on man.
So goes the story of the elemental; the first grade of spirit that does nothing but make atoms. But, he really does everything by making atoms because atoms are the true building blocks of the material world. We certainly can't overlook them in any way or form. They have had a great life and have had a great beginning. They have worked in the material world - in the mineral, plant and animal kingdoms. These three divisions, mineral, plant and animal are basically the same throughout the creation. There are no variations from planet to planet. All planets contain the same activity in the mineral, plant and animal kingdoms even though a particular planet may contain different kinds of minerals, plants or animals.
So it goes, on and on. As you have read and then integrated to see for yourselves, each time a universe is made, the process is the same. A bunch of spirits are released, from the creator, to go into a planet. They are the basic building blocks of that planet as well as the whole universe. Once they have learned the various ways of making the atoms, they go on to the next stage of development which is supervising these atoms. They will determine by characteristics they carry with them, which kind of mineral, plant or animal will be manifested.
So, we will begin at this point when next we begin the exploration of the climb up the road of experience, spirit¬-wise.

TECHNICIANS & LORDS
"Go Establish My Creation and Return It To Me."
"Go Know My Creation and Return It To Me."
There are, as you can see, two separate yet similar commandments involved. The one you heard when you were released from your Creator denotes whether you were released into this creation as a Technician spirit or as a Lord spirit. Both are equal in the Creator's eye and both are needed in order to complete the creation. The Technician spirit is represented by the color silver and the Lord spirit is represented by the color gold. These. colors, silver and gold, radiate rather than reflect the light as we have been accustomed to see them on this planet. The spirit himself radiates silver or gold. The Technician spirits were released first. You know some of them as the Elohim.
The Elohim are the builders of the creation. They are especially endowed with the knowledge of making planets, solar systems, constellations, galaxies, sectors, universes and the creation. They follow the Creator's plan as to how many planets, etc., are involved and what locations they are to occupy. They continue in this manner until the creation is complete. So far in this creation there are seven universes. As you can see, they have only begun. The creation process of universes is taken by steps. We are due to increase our creation in the near future. The plan as it stands calls for one hundred and forty four universes.
You may be wondering what the other Technicians have been doing all this time. They remain at the central universe where they are assigned to a crystal. These crystals are quite large and of various geometric shapes. Each crystal is in itself a learning center and a research center. The very substance of each crystal enables the Technicians within to bring about certain inovations. The Technicians can be compared to research scientists who discover ways to accomplish many and varied things in the creation. They build prototypes of their discoveries which are then sent to various parts of the creation to be utilized as patterns. The Technicians are the ones who, for instance, design the bodies of animals. They "build" a "horse or a dog" and make different varieties of "horse or dog." Then when these various patterns reach a planet or planets they are again refined by having experiences on that planet and being directed by the various Lords of either the planes, solar systems, constellations, galaxies, sectors, or universe. This process also takes place in the mineral kingdom, the plant kingdom and also in the "human bodies" kingdom.
Of course, Technicians also develop the "sciences" to be utilized within the creation. These sciences are very different from what we consider science. We are merely beginning to understand a few of the basic sciences. But, again, we of the seventh universe are relatively new¬comers to the creation so we must start with the basics.
We have and will probably make a few mistakes but that's expected of a novice. Once we have grown in the creation and have become aware of the Creator again, I am sure we will all become graduates of all the phases of creation including the technical aspects involved.
As a rule, the Technicians have remained within the central universe. However, we have found that some have been sent into the creation from time to time to experience on the various planets of all of the universes. They usually go through the same experiences of mastering the planes and coming to the third plane of a particular planet and experiencing the man stage. By integrating, a person can go back to the time he was created and listen to the Creator's words and determine whether he is in fact a Technician or a Lord spirit.
After the command has been given to you, whether Lord or Technician, the first step is the same. The newly released spirits go through the planes in the central universe. These planes, one through twelve, were established especially for newly released spirits. Each spirit, Lord or Technician, goes to the first plane. There, he learns how the first plane operates and what is expected of a spirit on the first plane, that is, making mineral atoms. The Technicians assigned to this plane assist the newly released spirit to learn how to make these mineral atoms and modify his learning to the particular name he was given by the Creator. Each of our names predetermines our abilities in certain aspects of experience. And so, as the newly released spirit progresses through the twelve planes at the central universe, he is being made ready to experience either as a Technician or as a Lord spirit.
As was mentioned before, the Technicians usually remain at the central universe while the Lord type spirits are sent out into the creation. Once through the twelve planes, the Technician type spirits are assigned to a particular crystal. There, he starts making basic atoms just as the Lord type spirit does on his planet of assignment. The atoms being made by our newly released Technicians are utilized by the Technicians in that particular crystal. They make and assemble their projects with these atoms. Once the new technician spirit has mastered the making of atoms, he goes on to the fairy type of activity within this crystal. He is now in charge of maintaining a form or a part of an object being put together by the Technicians in the crystal. Next, he goes on to the deva activity which means that he is now in charge of maintaining and energizing a whole project which could be most anything from a stone formation to a prototype of an animal body or a human body. Of course, these are just general examples and if you are in fact a Technician spirit you can integrate and see every detail of your activity within a crystal at the central universe. The next step is quite interesting. Normally, as a Lord spirit, the next step would be the man stage. But here at the central universe, instead of incarnating or projecting a body for the man stage, the spirits indwell the form being made in their crystals and make them function and see how they could be improved from that point of view. The angel aspect is also quite different and most interesting. At this point, the new Technician assembles the parts together, such as the stone formations or the parts of an animal or even a human body. He checks out all the parts and their functions and then puts it through various exercises and tests and modifies it until he is satisfied that it is in good condition to be sent out into the creation. The manu stage is next. At this point, the new Technician studies the Creator's plan and sees where his new project is to be located. He then again studies and tests his project so that it will be exactly according to the Creator's plan for that particular planet.
He must be certain of all the conditions on that planet and how well his project will adapt and be able to progress in that particular situation. The next step, the son stage, shows our Technician in full command. He is now able, through his experiences, to innovate new forms and functions and have them being manifested in the crystal by other newly released spirits. He becomes quite talented and masters all the aspects of the crystal to which he has been assigned. When this is accomplished, he can go on to other crystals in the central universe or he may decide to go into the creation and learn the Lord aspect of the creation.
Let's turn our attention to the Lord type of spirit. After they are released from the Creator and given individual names, they, too, go through the planes, one through twelve, at the central universe. As we mentiqned before, the newly released spirit finds himself on the first plane and is instructed to start making mineral atoms. Again, these instructions are slanted to the spirit's name. The Technicians assigned to this work are able to determine what is needed for each individual spirit as they experience through these twelve planes at the central universe.
Once they have completed the twelve planes they are grouped together according to abilities and compatibility and are sent to a particular universe where their talents are needed. The universe Lord assigns various groups to planets within his universe.
Let's follow one of these groups to a planet and observe their progress. First, they are sent down the phalanx to meet the sector Lord; then on through to the galaxie Lord; then on through the constellation Lord; then, finally to the solar Lord who assign them to a planet. Once at the planet, the Lord of the first plane is now in charge. Here, again, they make mineral atoms. This is explained in great detail in the article on "Elementals" in this book. After mastering the elemental stage of,development, the newly released Lord spirit goes through the fairy stage of development where he is now in charge of a group of elementals and maintains a particular form on a plane. These forms start out quite simple; one form could be a rock formation or a simple plant. As the fairy becomes more proficient, he handles larger groups of elementals such as the elementals comprising a chair or a shoe or a large piece of glass or most anything you can see in a room. The more experience he gains, the more complicated the groupings become. He will experience inanimate objects (so called) until he is able to handle groupings of elementals comprising an animal body, for instance. He will experience also in the physical body after he has mastered the animal bodies. The next step is called deva. Here you are able to see that our spirit has grown quite large as he is gathering his experiences. He is now large enough and experienced enough to become a deva. The devas handle large groupings of fairies and elementals. These could be groups such as forests, large buildings, a large body of water or even a large city. The more accomplished he is, the larger he grows. After mastering the deva stage of spirit growth, the newly released spirits are again regrouped. These groups are sent to various planets throughout the universes. Once at their destination, they begin the next phase of experience which is the man stage. Each spirit is assigned to the Lord of the twelfth plane of the planet. The process of entering and mastering the planes has been explained to you in previous books. Read them again to refresh your memory. (Books One and Three.)
The next stage is the angel stage. Here again you can notice the increase in size as well as abilities. The angel spirit now has the range of the solar system in which he mastered the planes of a planet. He is able to travel throughout that solar system and learn all there is to know in that particular solar system. At this point, he may get reacquainted with some of the spirits he knew in previous experiences and they may decide to experience together again. There is quite a lot of time spent in experiencing a solar system. Each planet is created with a different purpose and varied knowledge can be gained from each and every one involved.
By now, our spirit is getting quite large and increasingly proficient through his experiences. The next step for him to experience is the manu experience. As a manu he has range of the universe. He may come and go as he pleases throughout the universe in quest of abilities and experiences. He may work alone or with other manus or with any of the various Lords of the universe. He is now very aware of the various energies that comprise each section of a universe as well as the planets within that universe. He is able to discern the patterns involved within the universe and the various ways each Lord handles his part of the patterns to finally form the universe. You might compare this stage of development as an apprentice period. Here the manu is able to observe first-hand how the universe is operated from its smallest part, the atom, to its largest part, the sector, and finally the whole, the universe. After mastery of the manu stage, the spirit is now ready for the son stage, which is the highest stage of development in the creation. Now, at this point, his spirit has grown to a very large size. He has range of the entire creation and awaits his next assignment. He may be called upon by a universe Lord to be a plane Lord on a planet or a Lord of a solar system. The choice would depend on the experience of the individual. Usually, the plane Lord assignment comes first. He is received by the solar Lord who takes him to the planet where he will be Lord of the first plane. You may notice the similarity in the sequence of these experiences. Each time, we seem to come back to a particular spot but each time as a much larger and experienced individual. We started out making minerals on the first plane and now here we are indwelling the first plane in its entirety. The Lord of the first plane is now energizing the plane and directing all of the activity involved for the first plane. He receives his energy from the solar Lord and must modify this energy for the first plane. All within the first plane derive their energy from the first plane Lord. The more experience he gains, the larger his spirit grows. We can see that our Lord spirit is now ready to progress further. So, here we go again, up the planes. First, he is the second plane Lord and so forth on up to the twelfth plane. He is now ready to experience as a solar Lord. The larger the spirit grows, the larger section he can indwell and be the Lord over that section. These experiences may not necessarily occur within the same universe. These Lord type spirits are quite versatile and can_ travel throughout the creation and experience anywhere they are needed within the creation.
Here we are, our Technician spirits and our Lord spirits have accomplished quite a lot in the creation and are looking for more experience. Once they are in the son stage, they can experience anywhere in the creation. This means that the Lord type spirit may now choose to learn about the Technician aspect and our Technician spirit may now choose to learn about the Lord aspect of the creation. So you see, we can be kept busy for a long time, and there no restrictions to the experiences we may have. The creation is yours.

KNOW YOUR PHYSICAL SELF
Should you want to know yourself a little better, here's one way to get to know it very easily at no cost to you. Run back and find your physical body incarnations. That way you can find much about yourself. Many of the habits you have picked up are inherited. You are following your immediate parents who, of course followed their ancestor's way of life, body habits, eating and dressing, languages, etc. So we are revealing this information to you as an example. Do as we have done if you like, all the while writing these facts about your ancestors as you come upon them. Then make a good story, or true geneology, or whatever you want to do with the information.
We ran down the father's side of the family first - probably because it carried the family name. We ran back several generations.
Then we ran down the mother's side of the family and found an equal amount.of information about them.
So, digging up this information is rather a simple matter. You just ask for their birthdates, what kind of person they were and where they came from. You will see what I mean as. we go on further because we know that every one on this planet came from somewhere else. It is very interesting to know what planet they came from. You could ask how many children they had, and the names of the children, and your father's occupation. Your grandmothers are usually housewifes, but ask if they had any unusual abilities. She may have had some interesting hobbies and in some cases was a most outstanding person in history or at least in local history. So. there is a good many things you can ask about your parents. If you want more information about them just think about it a little. It is very easy to get this information merely by asking for it. Once in a while you will get a little contradiction at first because you have similar or identical names within your family. On your father's side especially there is a lot of juniors and seniors, or just an initial used instead of a name, or similarly spelled names. Now there may be some difficult time or mix up at first, but you can see these people, what they look like, what they are wearing. You can't get in their bodies like you do in running your past lives. But you can see adequate information about them so that you can reassure yourself that this is actual and factual information about these people, your forebears.
You can do a much better job and much more in detail. You can get many, many more details that the geneologists cannot give you. There is no written record or no history of the people doing this. You are in doubt, ask to see it again. There is no limitation on that. So, we are going to try, on my family and see what it is like.
The first person we run into on my father's side is my father. His name was Karl John Swygard. He was born in 1889 and died in 1963. He lived a long and fruitful life, having six children in the interim and they were all somewhat of a joy to him. Of the six children he had, three of them died in the growing years. The first one, the son who was named Max Eugene, died in an automobile accident at the end of his teens. I am the second child, Bill, and believe it or not I am still alive. My younger brother Gordon died in World War II in the Air Force. The next children in the family was a set of twins, Gerald and Geraldine. "Jerry" is still alive, hale and hearty. His sister, who is older than him by six minutes, died of pneumonia when she was twenty months old, still an infant. On the same day she died I had another sister, Nancy, born and she is very healthy and living right now in Florida. So you see half of the family of children are living and half are memories. The three that are living are going on and producing children, and so forth and so on. So the generations are rolling on there. My dad was a very interesting fellow. I guess most of our dads are, but he lived a very varied life. I can rarely remember him sitting down or resting. He was always on the go. He liked to make money. He liked to do things that were unusual. He has much of his families' tradition with him in farming and merchandising, but we will get to that in the ensuing paragraphs.
He was a young fellow when he came off the farm, which was a homestead farm in southeast Iowa, in Des Moines County (Burlington is the seat of the County.) He was working in a store owned by his father and uncle. A strange man dropped off the railroad one day at the smaller town, Mediapolis, Iowa. His name was James Dugan. As my mother said, there was such an attraction between the two that he stopped working in the store and left town with this young man. The next time she heard of them, they were delivering kerosene to the farmers. This was done with a new fangled truck. Then my father came back and married her and they moved to Mr. Dugan's town. Now, my dad never became a partner or worked in any other way with James Dugan except as an employee. A couple of years after that they moved to the Rock Island, Illinois area from the corner of southeast Iowa, where they had built up several bulk stations, that's what they called them, for kerosene and gasoline. There were getting to be more and more automobiles around. Automobiles always need gas and Dugan and my dad, especially my dad, was learning to blend oil and grease. Now, tractors took grease. They ran long hours and they burned a lot of oil.
It was soon, however, that automobiles outnumbered tractors and only the wealthier farmers could afford tractors. Dad and Dugan's interest was far more in the growing gasoline business and in the kerosene business. That was the reason for their move to Rock Island, Illinois. They sold their bulk plants to a bigger oil company and got off to a good start there. They first opened one gasoline station, and then another and another, and pretty soon they had an independant chain of gasoline stations. A dozen years later Dugan opened up a meat packing plant, and various other things, a regular business genius. My father was more interested in the mixing and blending of grease and gasoline.
Those were the days, of course, where different grades of oil and grease and gasoline were not nearly as common as they are now. To get different grades of oil, you mixed the limited kinds and it didn't come in cans, you sold it in bulk or bottles. The grease for wheels and gears was limited in kinds. You had to put it into machines and blend it into something you wanted. All gasoline was made out of kerosene and naphtha. If you had a standard automobile and wanted a certain octane, you put so much of this and that in it. Various oil companies, the independant stations, etc. advertised the highest efficiency gasoline. So, my father was put in charge of all that oil, gasoline and grease mixing by the company he worked for, and made very good money at doing that. Probably at the end of the week made as much as the boss did.
In 1937, my dad was putting in so much overtime that we saw him only a little bit on weekends. We oftentimes had to go to the warehouse to get grocery money. We would find my dad there working hard, very happy but very tired, getting the job done and getting it out.
One evening he was involved in servicing a circus that came to town. Dugan's company got the contract to deliver all the oil products to the circus. My dad was running around filling up some tanks and tripped over a circus rope. He became rather unable to walk. He was in sorry shape, so tired and so troubled in his movements that he went to bed and stayed there for a year. We were very thankful to Mr. Dugan for looking after him faithfully. His salary continued. How they got along at the plant without him that I don't know.
Several times he was admonished by his doctors to get off the pavement where it wasn't so hard on his feet and legs. A year after that we moved to a farm down in southeast Iowa. That is where my dad was quite alert again. He remembered enough of his farming days to enable him to run a very tight farm. He carried through the first and second year with truck gardening. When he was unable to garden (the ground was frozen over), and a few chickens, cows and pigs he had were getting ready to produce more, he was out on the road.
He made friends easily with everyone he met, a very personable fellow. On these trips he bought fur from farmers and he cleaned up all their farm lots of all old, rusty iron machines and batteries, etc. He soon owned a big junk yard in town there and had an entirely different kind of business than he had before. He was always one to move. Laying in bed just killed him. So that is the story of my father.
I went on my way after 1940 and he finished up raising the kids there with my mom's good help, of course, and that is the way it was done. In 1963 my father just gave up. He had smoked quite heavily for a number of years. He gave up smoking but he still died of cancer. That is the very famous story of my father.
When he was younger he married a girl from his planet as well, Jupiter, whose name was Ruth Hazel Vannice. That is the girl we were talking about that couldn't understand Mr. James Dugan's attraction to my father. We will find out shortly. In a past lifetime Mr. James Dugan, my mother and my father were brothers. That all goes past the way, as it says.
This woman, Ruth, who was born in 1897, was a rather attractive young lady and married my father and had six children. She showed many of her Jupitarian traits during the marriage and is alive to this day - a very nice lady and mother. So, we will go on then to the next generation.
William Henry Swygard. He lived to be the oldest I could find of all my ancestors, as far as we looked. He was born in 1842 and died in 1940 which made him 98 years old. He was born out in the Pennsylvania countryside near Pittsburgh. His youth was very uneventful, we might call it. He went west in 1865 when he was 23 years old and got himself a farm out there in southeast Iowa and homesteaded it. It was in Des Moines county. The county seat is Burlington. He married a local girl, a woman named Harriet Jugenheimer who lived from 1870 to 1920.
Harriet Jugenheimer was a Yaman woman, rather small of stature, very pretty. He was a Jupitarian man and at the age of 25 or so he began farming very earnestly and
profitably. They raised 6 children out there on the farm. Four boys, named Frederick, William, Karl (that's my dad) and a younger brother John. The oldest of the family was Minnie, and the youngest was Viola. I want you to recall as I speak of these two later. They appeared earlier in the family as the family heads. At the rather early death of his wife, he remarried "Aunt" Lena. She was a religious person. It changed my grandfather's life or way of life around a little bit. We will get back and talk more about William Henry now.
William was a farmer in early life and when it came time for him to get off the farm he was a merchant. He was a partner with his brother John Peter, J.P. for short. He ran a general store with his brother in Mediapolis, Iowa. We remember him as "foxy grandpa," and up until the time of his death he was quite able to get around. He was a real short man. He never grew very tall. Long before he died he was head of a five generation family. He was always a delight to all who knew him. He had many, many friends.
When I was a little fellow I went down and spent a day with him once in a while in the summer. He was very much like my father and very strict in many ways. Yet, he was full of information about nature. There was a lot of conservation in his blood, too.
We have next George Swygard, who was born in 1817 and died in 1887. He had four children. The four children he had was my grandfather William Henry and two other boys named Charles and John Peter, but was shortened to J.P. There was a girl named Tillie when he was in the country around Albany. When he was young fellow he went to sea for a few years as a sailor on a merchant ship going back and forth across the Atlantic. He saw how most of that goods was disposed of when it got to America. He had no interest in the American goods. He left the ship and went back to Albany and made himself rather well to do by becoming an import tradesman. He had a store there that he sold this goods in. He kept it well stocked. More like a department store.
He had hundreds and thousands of bolts of cloth, imported cloth which sold very well to the ladies. He had a perfume department. French and English and Belgium perfume as well as well as powder, sachet and colognes that the ladies bought quite heavily. He had silverware from Germany and the Netherlands. He had many linens from Ireland. All the toys, pipes, tobacco and stationery and all kinds of jewelry from all the European countries. He sold leather goods. He even had these candle fixtures you put on the wall called sconce. Quite a wide line of goods. For the housewife he had a full line of spices that was very popular. So he was very well known in the town of Albany. Incidentally, he had a brother that went west, Donald Swygard. I don't know whether I mentioned that George was a Jupitarian or not, but he was.
He had a wife, of course, who lived to a good average age, 63. Her name was Sandra Fitch, born in 1822 and died in 1885. She was a New York City girl. He found her there on one of the many trips he made to New York City, when he was buying from boats and sea captains for his store to keep it well stocked. She was born out in the country of New York State and formerly came from Jupiter. The most interesting thing about Sandra Fitch was that she later was born as Ruth Vannice. We ran into her already. She was married to a later Swygard. She was my mother in her series of lifetimes.
Back in the generations was a very clever person who was a Yaman. He was born in 1789 and died in 1861. He was the last of the generation that was born in the old country, the old continent or whatever you want to call it. He was Heinrich Schwiekert. He was born on the countryside in Germany and came to settle down around Bonn and soon became a shipbuilder. He worked in the shipyards there on the Rhine River. Now, ships in those days were not the luxury hotels we have in these days or could carry hundreds or thousands of tons of freight. They were modest in size and you could probably park them in your back yard very easily. That was the way it was.
He had a bunch of children before he died. He had five girls and three boys. The girls names were Ella, Gerta, Elsa, Elizabeth and Vera. The sons he had were George, (we previously went through his life), Hugo and Michael. Now, as a shipbuilder, he began as a worker but he soon had a part in designing the ships, especially the parts that he built. He modified them to get better speed and to have more room in the cargo area. That is what they wanted, more space and more speed. He was the one that came to America and settled down in New York State and his wife's name was Morgana Straus, born in 1790 and died 1863. She too, like him, was a Yaman. She was a rather good looking woman with a well-known German name. That is all we can say about her at this time.
We have one surprise here. The man of the Swygard family that came to America, Heinrich Schwiekert, was born back into the family as Viola. Viola has no recollection of this in the present sense, of course, but there she was in a former lifetime, the Schwiekert member of the family that brought the name to America.
Now, to the next generation, we have a very German man named Wolfgang Schwiekert. He was born in 1764 and died in 1848. He was a Yaman, came from the planet Yama, before he lived on Earth. He had five children, all boys. His son, Heinrich, whose life we have already reviewed. He had four others; Edger, Erkstrom, Kent and Kurt. He lived a very interesting life. He was a thinking man, more or less inventive all of his life. He was a farmer, born out in the country of Germany, on a farm, and was a farmer there. Every few weeks he had a new crop coming on. He planned things in rotation and more or less for their harvesting time than their planting time. He had something available from tulips in the early spring to apples in the late, late fall. He also raised a herd of sheep and goats for wool and mutton and milk. So he had a very diversified farm, even though it wasn't large. He had every foot of space utilized for something.
His wife's name was Olga Sorrenson and she too got along with him, very well. She was a Yaman and lived from 1765 to 1850. We can't say much more about him except he was well liked and very few could keep up with him in his endeavors.
Well, the next generation was Albert Schwiekert and he was a Filarian born in 1737 and lived to 1817. He wasn't quite as lucky as his son. He was a farmer though but was a sharecropper. He had four children, two boys and two girls. Of course, we know his son somewhat now, Wolfgang and he had another son Peter. The girls names were Mary and Brigetta. His wife was rather unexciting. She taught Wolfgang a lot about farming. Wolfgang too was inventive.
He married a Jupitarian who also had a little wisdom in the family. Her name was Carla Lindstrom. Born in 1740 and died in 1814. A rather uneventful life, much hard work, giving up much of his earnings to the man who owned the land, but seemed to do all right.
The next generation was Wilhelm Schwiekert born in 1700 and died in 1765. We remember Wilhelm now as my Aunt Minnie. She was the oldest child and daughter of
William Henry Swygard. She came back into the family and lived out her lifetime again, not as a Schwiekert, but as a Swygard. She worked very hard. I remember my Aunt Minnie very well. She took care of a lot of the younger children, and worked right along with her mother. She was known, for a few years, as the oldest of five generations of Swygards as was grandpa William Henry.
Well, let's get along with Wilhelm Schwiekert's life. A very, very interesting fellow. He was born in Holland but moved to Belgium as a young man. He met a woman who had an illegitimate child, so-called. The real father of the child was a travelling type person and had a Jupitarian son. That is, he came from the planet Jupiter, before he wound up on this planet. His son's name is Nicolas and the mother met the father Wilhelm after she had had the child. The two fell in love and got married.
All the time Wilhelm was becoming a merchant. We will put it that way. Now this may come as a surprise to most of you, but merchants, most of them in those days, that served the farmers, the rural people (and believe me there were mostly rural people out there in the sixteen hundreds), traveled with and sold from a wagon. He sold, repaired and exchanged things made of leather goods and of cloth or material, we call it. The going was kind of rough. The women wove a lot of their own material those days, and made their own clothes but he sold a little finer goods and, of course, the leather goods they didn't do as much at home. They bought those from him - gloves and aprons and so forth out of leather. He repaired them if they became worn or if a strap came off. You know how it was.
Wilhelm and his family didn't stay in Belgium then. When little Nicolas was eight years old or so, they moved and went back to Holland where he found better business There were two more children, both girls and their names were Karla and Luella. Wilhelm was a Yaman who married Eleanor Boudreau, the mother of little Nicolas. Eleanor was a Filarian which means she lived on the planet Filaria before she wound up here on earth. Now she lived from 1705 to 1785. Incidentally little Nicolas who was Jupitarian wound up later as my ancestor George Swygard. Nicolas was on the merchant wagon in his formative years. George was quite a merchandiser himself only this time in the store at Albany, New York. So, all these things we learn in each life are applied or a continuation in a later lifetime.
Coming now to the next generation back. The ancestor was a Yaman which means he lived on the planet Yama before he wound up on this earth. He had an unusual name. Arun Schwiekert was born in 1680 and died in 1751. He was a palace guard, a soldier. He never achieved a high rank. There was never anything like a commissioned officer but just an all around good man, reliable. They used him for recruiting other guards and training them and he stood his post very well. Of course, he was very married in those days and had three children, two boys and a girl. The two boys names were Wilhelm and Earl. We did not look into it too far but he may have been at an Earl's Castle. This was in Holland where he was born and died. The girl's name was Saundra. Of course, to have these children he had to have his wife whose name was Tanya von Stur. She was a Yaman as well and was born in 1682 and died in 1750. She lived a long full life. Probably had it rather easy hanging around the castle there in Holland. However, not very productive and not very active and so forth. At least they saw how the upper class lived during that lifetime, anyway.
That takes us back eight generations into the Swygard and Schwiekert family. It takes them into western Europe. They seemed to be Yamans, Jupitarians and Filarians. So, we find them mostly farmers and merchants with a shipbuilder and a palace guard. They lived on two continents. All in all, a very enterprising group, seemingly. Usually in pretty good standing. At least I can say I have always been rather proud of the previous generations on my father's side.
So, let’s look now on my mother's side and we come up with some very interesting people.
The first in the lineup of my mother's parents was Andrew Vannice. He was born in 1865 and died in 1913. He was a blacksmith as a young--man and right on up until 1906 when he embarked with a gold hunting fever and went deep into the jungle of Colombia, South America. That brings out all his Yaman traits. He came from Yama long before he was on this planet and acts very like a Yaman. They found a lot of gold, but they lost a lot of equipment and did not do very well. He contracted some kind of disease of the alimentary tract and came home to die.
His wife was Mary Deets and was born in 1872 and died in 1953. Mary Deets was a Jupitarian. She lived on the planet Jupiter before she came to live over here. She gave her husband four children. Of the four, three lived. A boy named Raymond who was kicked by a horse as a young boy, and the three, my mother Ruth, a son Paul and a son Max. Ruth and Max remain alive today.
Next generation, preceding Andrew Vannice. His father was Samuel Vannice, a blacksmith also by trade. He was born in Iowa and lived from 1839 to 1910. He married a woman named Paulina Landow who lived from 1841 to 1911. They had five boys and a girl. One of the boys was Andrew, of course, the others were Renus, John, George and Grant. There was a girl named Ila. Now we have finished two ancestors who were very strong on horses, they were blacksmiths. Here we come with another ancestor who had quite a bit to do with horses. He too was Samuel Vannice, Sr., born in 1815 and died in 1884. He is a Filarian, however, and he raised horses, mostly farm horses. A few riding and buggy horses but mostly they were the big strong draft type horses. He sold them around to farmers, and had sales and what have you. He had a lot of horses and he also raised children. He had a wife to help him do that. Her name was Amelia Rambauer and she was born in 1821 and outlived her husband a little bit and died in 1887.
Their children amounted to three boys and two girls. They were Sam Jr. and Ronald and Edward, while the girls names were Dora and Elvira. Both parents were Filarians which means they lived on the planet Filaria before they came here to live.
Well, we will move along to the next generation earlier and that was headed by a Jupitarian. His name was Robert Vannice and he lived from 1791 to 1871 and he was born on the New York farm there that we told you already that his father lived on and then he later moved to Pennsylvania. He married a nice Filarian girl whose name was Loretta Carlson. She was born in Philadelphia in 1794 and she died in the year 1869. So, he and his wife raised two children. A boy Samuel and a girl Lillian. Outside of the fact that they lived throughout the revolutionary war, they had a rather hum drum life and became somewhat prosperous. They worked hard and saved their money. That is about all we can say about them. Just a couple of good people.
Now, it gets really interesting. We finally found the fellow that came to the new world. He was Peter van Nyse. That is a little different than Vannice. He was born
in 1770 and died in 1850. He was a Venusian. He lived long ago on the planet Venus. But this last time he was born in Germany. He did a lot of interesting things. He was always on the go, always entertaining other people. He married a Spanish girl named Carlotta Valdez. Carlotta was a Filarian which means she lived on the planet Filaria before she came here and was incarnated on this earth. She lived from 1775 to 1845. The couple raised four children. There was one boy, Robert, who we already heard about, and three girls, Marla and Abigayle and Bonita. Those are Spanish names primarily. But as to profession, Peter and Carlotta were circus entertainers, and probably pretty good ones. He was a clown many times. He got up and walked the tight wire. He had animal acts, no wild animals, but horses and things of that nature. Rode them and did tricks with them as they were quite well trained animals. His wife Carlotta also rode on horses.
When things got going good and they were traveling around Europe pretty well, the circus caught fire. A few people were killed. They did not reorganize again or build themselves up. At that time Peter van Nyse decided to come to America. He took what little money he had saved for his wife and the children, and himself. He met a very famous sea Captain named Nathaniel Bowditch who needed someone to look after the passengers and the cargo animals such as a monkey. He worked his way as well as for his wife and family.
After arriving in America he stayed around the New York state area and he entertained for the rest of his life. He hired out as a clown and did horse tricks. He added magic tricks as a regular part of his repertoire. He was always known wherever he went in Europe or America as Peter van Nyse the entertainer. He lived to be 74. He had a pretty good life and a very full life.
Now, we move on to the next generation that probably had the most interesting name of all. He was Bogart van Nyse. He was born in Germany in 1747 and died in 1820. His wife Lillian Rabait was from France and she was born in 1753 and died in 1823. Both of these people were Yamans. In other words, they lived on the planet Yama years before they came and incarnated here on Earth. He was a very interesting fellow. He traveled very widely and gathered much information first hand. He was very well educated, a professor at the University of Bonn, Germany. His occupation was to teach French, Spanish, Italian and Latin. He did a very good job at that. He held the job all his adult life. He also knew German, Polish and Russian well enough to converse, read and write, that is, do the syntax of those languages, but did not teach them.
Now we have some very interesting information here. They had three children. They were all boys. There was Peter, Bart and Logan. Logan was the oldest and he incarnated later as Karl John Swygard. Bart was the middle one and he incarnated later as Mr. James Dugan. The third one, Peter, incarnated later as Ruth Vannice. You saw they were all in the same lifetime and had many experiences together.
So we go on to the next generation earlier than this. We find the man of the family married a pretty, dark haired girl who turned out to be a Russian. She was a Urantian, or a member of the planet Urantia, before she came here to live. Born in 1725 and died in 1796. Her name was Kasandra Vrodka. Currently we happen to know and can count among our very close friends, this girl. It is strange that my mother never met her. My father didn't either. She is no relative of mine and never appeared as mine in the past.
Kasandra's husband was named Albert Van Nyse. He was from Venus. He lived on the planet Venus before he came over here. He was born in 1721 and died in 1806. It is very hard to keep up with this family. They were all over Eastern Europe. They Were in Russia as gypsies. They were the parents of five children. One boy and four girls. We heard all about the boy Bogart previously and the four girls names were Lorna, Veronica, Elizabeth and Ayn. You can see later from Bogart's ability of knowing and being able to teach all those languages that they were a very much traveled and diversified family. They could do many, many things and knew a lot. They say travel is broadening. They must have been at least ten feet wide.
That is as far as we will go in tracing back my ancestors now. I want you to know that it is a.,very easy job. The details we found out are very easy to get with the Awareness Techniques. Very reliable, and in every case a lot of fun.
We don't see these people as ourselves. We are not looking at ourselves. We never enter their body, but we have a very good idea of what they are up to by what they accomplished. I think you will find a wide, wide variety of people among your ancestors. We have done this with other people and saw how they fared. We have had a few people do it themselves. It is a very enlightening program and one that you should certainly do pretty soon now.
You can understand yourself very well because of all the habits, all the languages and body movements you, yourself have gained from these physical beings. These incarnate bodies have gone through a lot of this that you are now showing up with. Many traits here make the modern man of the mind, the psychologist and the psychiatrist, quite envious that he doesn't have the ability to find them out. Over the years, many things we know are through watching our parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles, brothers and sisters or whoever we come in contact with. We learn more than we realize because we are very dumb and inept when we are born. A lot of it comes from instinct. So again, with the Awareness Techniques, you can see this building up of what is you and what is not. You can see what you are. We can also see in every family there is at least one or two that does reappear in and among the later generations of the family. This is either by marriage, or one way or another.
We find further understanding in finding that these third plane permanent bodies of consciousness came back and have another try at it. We see if they accomplished what they are after. We would also look ~Vthis between lives and probably find some cycles of incarnations. There are other things that you can run across too numerous to mention. What we want to say to you people, is this is very good work, and brings a lot of understanding to you. You look into the real lives of people that are so intimate to you, who have given you so much, and yet who you have forgotten all about.
