The jury, Walter H. Kilham, H. Van Buren Magonigle, E.J. Russell and Waddy B. Wood, awarded the first prize to Maurice Feather and Niels H. Larsen of Boston.

PROBLEM: The design is for a Community Center Building and a Civic Center Group Plan fora towbn with a present population of about 5000 and the probability of steady growth. The town is situated on the shore of a river which flows from east to west.
