The collection primarily consists of correspondence from Ferruccio Busoni, Teresa Careño, Percy Grainger, Moriz Rosenthal, and others. In addition, there are photographs, many with autograph inscriptions, including those of Claude Debussy, Victor Herbert, and John McCormack. Music is represented by manuscripts and autographed presentation scores (printed). There are also miscellaneous personal papers, programs, and clippings.
