"This imprint seems to be the re-committed ordinance noted in the Journals of April 14 as read the first time"--Journals of the Continental Congress, v. 29, p. 920-921, which dates text as April 12, 1785. Evans incorrectly gives date as May 20, 1785.
Imprint from Evans. Ascribed to the press of John Dunlap in Journals of the Continental Congress, v. 29, p. 920 (#468), an attribution later rejected. Cf. v. 33, p. 753. Bristol gives Dunlap as printer and Philadelphia as place of printing.
