Primarily in English but includes passages in Latin and Spanish.
"Concerning two daily and common drinkes, or potions much used in the India's [sic], called chocolatte, and atolle": p. 106-110.
"Some brief and short rules for the better learning of the Indian tongue called Poconchi, or Pocoman, commonly used about Guatemala and some other parts of Honduras", p. 213-220, is a discussion of the grammar of the Poconchi language and also includes several expressions and phrases in the text.
