The writer was the Director of the Bible Christian from 1953 until his retirement in 1966, succeeding the founder, Mr. G.P. Raud, who came to America from Estonia in 1915. They met in 1921 and established the Bible Christian Union in order to spread the gospel to the unsaved in Europe, as well as America.
