Estimated publication or copyright year is 1894-1899, because print publisher is listed as "Brethren’s Book and Tract Work" in Dayton, Ohio, but the final page stamp lists the "General Mission Board" in Mount Morris, Illinois, and this publishing house only existed in such locations between 1894 and 1899 (for confirmation, see pp. 137, 172, 218, and 430 of http://archive.org/details/thirtythreeyears00roye). Physical copy was an insert in the 1900 Gish Fund edition of "The Brethren's Tracts and Pamphlets".
