Conspiracy of Dreamers

Capitalism at the Service of Humanity

Just when the world imagined by dreamers throughout human history is within reach, it is slipping through our fingers. Environmental degradation, climate change, the spread of nuclear weapons, and population growth pose urgent risks to human survival. Meanwhile, an epidemic of frustration and alienation has given rise to the Tea Party and the Occupy Wall Street movements. Protesters from opposite ends of the political spectrum are reacting to the same underlying problem: power is concentrated in the hands of an elite group of politicians, bankers, executives, and wealthy individuals. Both movements are looking mainly to government for solutions (though in very different ways), but government is the wrong tool for the job. Conspiracy of Dreamers transcends the chasm engulfing American politics by offering sustainable, compassionate and systemic solutions that shrink government while returning power to We the People.
