This unsigned letter is presumably by Deborah Weston. Deborah describes the fair of the Boston Female Emancipation Society, where "everything was very shabby." The soiree planned [by the Boston Female Anti-Slavery Society] is "going on finely," so is the Liberty Bell. She mentions various contributions to the volume, and also the names of people whose signatures need to be affixed to the notice of the fair. Henry G. Chapman is feeling better. Henry G. Chapman "begins to think [Joel P.] Bishop more of a fool than a knave."
