Edition Notes

Holograph, signed.

Caroline Weston sends her collection of autographs to the unnamed recipient of this letter. [The recipient of this letter may have been Mrs. James Arnold of New Bedford.] Caroline mentions a visit of Edmund Quincy to New Bedford in connection with the transaction.

Since many words have been crossed out, this is probably a rough draft of a letter.
