Hannah Webb writes: "As there will be no [Liberty] Bell this year, it will be well to send us a good number of copies of the Bazaar Gazette." She thinks that the Gazette "would look better if made up in a small pamphlet." She mentions the "dread of heresy which is spreading through our ranks." On page two of this letter, Hannah Webb includes a list of people to whom the Gazette should be sent.
