Edition Notes
Holograph, signed.
Edmund Quincy is sending Maria Weston Chapman the letter he wrote to Richard Davis Webb and suggests that she or Anne Warren Weston "fill up the sheet." He tells about meeting a blind musician, an abolitionist, who suggested playing at the anti-slavery fair if a piano can be procured. Edmund Quincy sends a message from Mrs. Godfrey of Milford that this year they are working for Mrs. Bradish's fair in Upton, but next year they will furnish a table (at the Boston fair).
