Richard Davis Webb has heard from a relative that Parker Pillsbury's wife and daughter positively refuse to come to England in the event that Parker Pillsbury comes to England. Webb also heard from Mrs. [Henry] Turner who considers the propriety of Pillsbury's coming as an agent very doubtful.
