Edition Notes

Typed transcript.

William Lloyd Garrison wishes James Manning Winchell Yerrinton to explain to Powell that Parker Pillsbury's resolutions have not been printed in the Liberator because they can't be found. Garrison elaborates on Parker Pillsbury's resolutions: "Their disappearance was singular; and I trust it was not the work of an enemy, for the purpose of making it appear as though I intentionally suppressed their publication."
