Holograph, signed.
William Lloyd Garrison rejoices over George Thompson's enthusiastic reception. He gives his opinion on the sins of the nation and the wrath of God. He calls the uprising of the Indian tribes under Osceola a war of retribution and expresses his sympathy for Native Americans. Garrison tells about a recent lynching in St. Louis. Thomas Spencer will take anti-slavery documents to England. Anti-slavery societies are multiplying at the rate of one a day.
