Edition Notes

Holograph, signed.

Esther Sturge mentions a box which is being sent to Maria Weston Chapman; Sturge thinks the prices are much too high for the items. Sturge deeply feels the loss of her friend, Elizabeth Fry. Sturge is an invalid. She delights in the progress recorded in the Liberator and other papers. She refers to "your excellent Friend Garrison."
