Deborah Weston is delighted with "brother [John A.] Collins." She asks where "that villain of a [Henry Brewster] Stanton" is. She writes about the activities and discussions of the Unitarians in New Bedford. Deborah repeats a humorous story about Mr. [John Overton?] Choules at the Federal Street church. Referring to "the report on colour by Mr. [Levi] Lincoln," Deborah comments: "What a fool he is." She inquires about Minot and the Dorchester women (petitioners). Alanson St. Clair is lecturing at Fairhaven.
