Edition Notes

Holograph, signed.

In this letter, Abby Osgood discusses her lodgings in New Bedford, Mass. She believes that her students would benefit if she took a vacation for a few weeks. Miss Appleton thinks that Deborah Weston should advertise; John F. Emerson and Abby Osgood agree. [Deborah Weston is presumably going to take over Miss Appleton's school.]
