Edition Notes
Holograph, signed.
Mary Anne Estlin, having packed the merchandise for the Boston anti-slavery fair, wants to know what sold best. Over one hundred visitors saw the contributions. She tells about some of the gifts and gives credit to Mr. [William?] James for having the box filled. Mary Anne Estlin's friends want to know how the proceeds of the fair will be spent. Estlin's sympathies were aroused by Right and Wrong in Massachusetts. She asks for a copy of Despotism in America. She reads the Liberator regularly.
