Daniel Ricketson sends a sonnet for the Liberty Bell. [See Ms.A.9.2 v.22, p.121 for the sonnet "To the Memory of Thomas Clarkson," Dec. 1846, by Daniel Ricketson, that is mentioned in this letter.] Daniel Ricketson will hand five dollars for the Liberty Bell to Maria Weston Chapman at the time of the fair, which he expects to attend. He mourns the loss of Mr. Henry Grafton Chapman and extends his sympathy to Mrs. Maria W. Chapman and her daughter.
