Describes his passage to New York and his present lodging. Finds the inhabitants are apt to speak contemptuously of New Englanders. Is pleased with the Address of Congress to their fellow subjects in Great Britain and wishes he had had it to answer some Englishmen on the trip. Sends message to his friends and family.
