Edition Notes

Holograph.

This letter was either intended to be printed in the Liberator or perhaps it was sent to Isaac Knapp.

William Lloyd Garrison describes Liverpool. He stresses his own preference for the countryside rather than busy seaports. He praises the hospitality of James Cropper and James Riley.
