Two plates are signed "Corn. Galle." If they are contemporaneous with the present publication, the signature must be that of Cornelis Galle III, as his father and grandfather of the same name had died before it appeared. However, one of the plates bears legend "Pag. 353," suggesting that it had been published previously elsewhere.
