Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy bound in limp, tacketed vellum, as issued, with the title stamped in gilt on the upper cover. The original ties of green ribbon are still present. An inscription on the front flyleaf reads, "To Mr. A.[C.C.?] John with kind regards, from W. F. Northend, Sept. 29th, 1910." This is copy 6 of 30. Some pages remain unopened.
