Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy 1 bound in full early tree marbled calf. The spine is panelled and tooled in gilt with a red leather label. The are several occurances of marginalia, in pencil, throughout the text and a brief inscription, in what appears to be the same hand, on the back free endpaper.
Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy 2 bound in modern brown cloth. The title page is wanting and has been replaced with a facsimile copy.
