Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy bound in full early calfskin panelled in blind. The bookplate of R.H. Wilson is present on the front pastedown and the ink stamp of W.A. Hinch, booksellers, 5 Crampton Quay, Dublin, is present on the verso of the final leaf. Both covers contain early, though illegible ink inscriptions that are possibly the handwriting of a child.
