To which is added, an account of the city of Philadelphia newly laid out. Its scituation between two navigable rivers, Delaware and Skulkill, with a portraiture oor plat-form thereof, wherein the purchasers lots are distinguished by certain numbers inserted. And the prosperous and advantagious settlements of the Society aforesaid, within the said city and country, & c.

A reissue with parts of the title page and B2v and C1 reset. In this issue, line 5 of the title has "proprietary" and line 29 of the same reads "And the prosperous and advantagious settlements of the society aforesaid, within". On p. 9, the last line of text reads "find me" and the words "Your kind and cordial friend" precede "William Penn". A2r is numbered "1" in error. A variant removes this page number, allowing for through paging.--Cf. ESTC.

The catalogue of purchasers' names (i.e. "Directions of reference in the city-draught of Philadelphia, ...", p. 11-14) is frequently lacking in this issue, although the catchword "Directions" is found on C1v. Apparenly this catalogue is also missing in the copy reported by Smith composed of 2-1/2 leaves, i.e. 10 pages.--Cf. ESTC.

Text is continuous despite pagination.
