Edition Notes

Handwritten copy of letter; not William Lloyd Garrison's handwriting.

William Lloyd Garrison will take the 2 p.m. train at "half past 2 o'clock" tomorrow so that he can ride with Samuel May, Jr. The meeting in Princeton, Mass., was apparently a failure as to numbers, but the meeting on the Cape was "multitudinous."

Merrill, Walter M. Letters of William Lloyd Garrison, v.4, no.12.
