Mary Livermore writes Garrison to introduce herself as the co-editor (with her husband) of the "New Covenant", the "organ of Universalism in the Northwest", and proposes an exchange between the New Covenant and the Liberator. Livermore informs Garrison that she has already directed a copy of the New Covenant to Garrison's office, and request that he do likewise.
