Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy bound in early blind tooled pigskin over wooden boards. The spine is labeled in early manuscript. An early inscription has been excised from the head of the first leaf. The embossed stamp of the Library is present on the verso of the same leaf. Early marginalia is present in various portions of the text. The bookplate of the BPL Bigelow Fund, dated March 28, 1865, is present on the rear pastedown. Present on the verso of the final printed leaf is the perforation stamp of the Library and the inscription of the Kloster Salem in Germany ("B. Mariae M Salem").
