Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy bound in ca. early 20th-cntury olive morocco panelled and tooled in gilt. The spine is panelled and tooled in gilt with the title stamped onto an orange label. A pencil inscription on the verso of the front free endpaper reads, "Britwell copy. Bought April 4, 1924 ℗Đ200".
