Yes, gravity force depends on it's mass and velocity as all other forces. However, gravitational acceleration is not.
On the other hand, attraction acceleration is dependent on it's mass and composition (shape, size, surface, and distance are distribution of mass, or function of mass and distance). Therefore, gravity is not a force of attraction.
