Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy bound in early calfskin panelled in gilt. The spine is rebacked in brown morocco. The armorial bookplate of George Chalmers, Esq., is present on the front pastedown and that of the Barton Library is present on the rear. An early bibliographical inscription, in an unidentified hand, is present on the front flyleaf opposite the title page. The first leaf (blank) is wanting.
