Edition Notes

Adam Fieled settled in State College, Pennsylvania in 1994, and remained there until late 1998. He left without completing his degree. In 1999, while Fieled was living in Manhattan, the Outlaw Playwrights produced the one-act play Mortuary Puppies, which accounts for the inclusion of 1999.

The "Willard Preacher," Gary Cattell, an evangelical Christian, was a folk hero/anti-hero in State College in the 1990s. He preached outside the Willard Building, located on the mall leading up to Pattee Library, a main thoroughfare for students.
