A Life From Roses to Lilies Session 1 Awareness

A Transformational Journey for the Soul

  • 3 Want to read

In easy to understand terms and with a "Mind-Body-Spirit Approach", A Life from Roses to Lilies-Back to Seed, utilizes the metaphorical reference to growing a garden to help you grow your own life, from seed to bloom! We start by pulling out the weeds (letting go of the past), so you can begin to lay out your garden (plan a new life for yourself). Then we show you how to give your flowers the proper nourishment (taking care of yourself) and grow a beautiful garden of life (accomplishing your goals); along with all of the steps to take in between!

A Life from Roses to Lilies-Back to Seed, helps you create the life that you always dreams of having. We teach you how to find what keeps you encircling in the same patterns and habits that no longer serve you. Then we help you dig out those spinning wheels that keeps your tractor (you!) stuck in the mud and ride onto the smooth and straight path to success and healing.

A Life from Roses to Lilies-Back to Seed, incorporates holistic health, personal development and spirituality that will provide the life skills that YOU NEED to live healthy, happy and stress free...Every Day!

So what are you waiting for? Start sowing your seeds and discover the true you...Today!

Excerpts

Struggles in life were not created for us to be punished or to suffer, but the complete opposite. They are there to learn from and become successful and prosperous in life. They were meant for us to heal. God does not hand us anything we cannot handle. He knows that we are strong because he created us in His image. He knows our life from the day that we are born.

I mean, we planned it with him before we entered this world anyway. I sometimes wonder what the hell I was thinking when I sat down and wrote my book of life with Him. Why would I write this life for me? Why would I choose the people that have come into my life? Why would I choose a life filled with pain?

The answers to these questions are included in the chapters that are to follow in this book.

Change can happen with patience, guidance and time. I truly believe everything in life happens for a reason. This book sits in your hands right now for a purpose. This book chose you so that you could live your life to its' fullest potential and reach your purpose in life. I’m not going to lie to you and tell you it is an easy road, because it isn’t. It’s damn hard.
added by Lisa Dottoli.

This tells you that this book will help you understand why things happen and how to gain the confidence to move forward and change your life for the better.

I always referred to my life as a cross between Jerry Springer and Oprah Winfrey. Now I refer to my life as The Creator's Divine Plan to enhance the life of others. I was always the bruise on the apple of my parent’s eye; getting in trouble, running away, drinking and using drugs from a young adult up to the time I got pregnant with my son at seventeen years old. After my son was born, I went right back to my old ways almost losing my son in the crossfire. My parents didn’t know that I was using drugs when I was younger. Not until after I gave birth to my son at eighteen years old.
As I got into my twenties my father would give me cocaine and I would do massive pickups and deliveries for him carrying trash bags full of marijuana in my trunk. It just made it that much easier for me to escape from life and self medicate. Think about it? Who else do we trust and learn from then our parents? I thought to myself at that time “I’m doing it with my dad. It can’t be all that bad?”. Well I was in for a big awakening. My father would tell me he would rather that I get my drugs from him then get it from a stranger so he knew exactly what I was getting. Well how did he know what he was getting? I still wonder what the hell he was thinking when he said that.
My father wasn’t around a whole hell of a lot. I found out why I was able to get the drugs so easily from him when I started working as a
cocktail waitress in a bar that he managed. I found out that he was a well known drug dealer, not to mention a drug addict; something that he would suffer greatly for later in life.

I wanted to include this excerpt because I want you to know that I have experienced the pain you are feeling.. and I understand. This is why I want to help you. I changed my life for the better, now let me help you do the same.

Although it is said that living in the present is the correct way to live, it isn’t always the easiest to perceive. Letting go of past experiences can be an extremely difficult task especially when you are still surrounded by the trauma that has been experienced. The only way to release past experiences is to face them, tell them they no longer serve your highest good, feel them and free them.

Change can be difficult but it is necessary in life. Every person in this world experiences change - from changing our clothes and our hair style to divorce, graduation, moving to a new home and the death of a loved one. It happens and it is a natural part of life. Everyone handles change differently. I am here to take you on a journey, step-by-step, using the metaphoric reference of growing a garden that teaches you how to find your true self and your passion in life.

Step-by-step we will walk through villages of the past, climb mountains of emotions, crawl through weeds of memories, and cross crystal bridges where the Angels pick us up and teach us how to fly while crossing the rainbow bridge where our ego can no longer be heard nor seen. By the end of this book, you'll be willing, able and ready to fly free from the self-made prisons of the past and move forward towards your true purpose in life.
added by Lisa Dottoli.

This excerpt is to let you know you are not alone. I will help you find your way back to your true self! Remember, at times, we may begin to take the wrong path, but know there is always an angel waiting at the end, to guide us to the U-Turn so we can get back onto the right one :D
