Binding: early calfskin, rebacked and repaired. Blind-tooled rectangular panels on covers, formed by triple fillets with fleurons at corners and in center, within a larger rectangle formed by triple fillets along edges of covers. Two endleaves of vellum MS written in Latin and rubricated in red and blue (portions of Psalms 144-145, 142-144).

Centered on front pastedown is bookplate of A.A. Tilley, and at foot is Ulrich Middeldorf's label. Owner's inscription on front free endpaper recto: Liber Godefrici Lobarts ab Enckennoirt & amicor[um]. Above in right corner: Empt. 8. Inscription at head of title: Colleg. Soc.tis Jesu Siluae-ducis ['s Hertogenbosch] 1622/x.6.
