Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy bound in contemporary blind tooled pigskin. The tooling matches that of workshop no. w002518 in the Einbanddatenbank. Both original brass catches are present, with one original clasp and thong preserved. The other thong (detached) appears to be a later replacement.The spine is ruled in blind, with a gilt-stamped paper label at the head and paper label at the tail. The front pastedown is comprised of a sheet of printed waste showing the inner forme of sheet AA3.4 from the text of the Schatzbehalter. The rear pastedown is comprised of both printed waste and medieval manuscript waste. Early marginalia, in the form of annotations, highlights, and manicules, is present throughout the volume.
