Title devised by cataloger and taken in part from upper cover of bound volume.
A chronological list of actions taken at monthly meetings of the Overseers of the Poor, the majority of which are votes on the disbursement of funds to specific individuals or their caretakers, along with various administrative actions related to the governance of the organization.
Originally bound in reversed leather (sheep?) over pasteboard. Conserved (August, 2016) and bound in gray cloth. Housed in tan clamsheel box with original boards.
