Printed on modern laid papers featuring horizontal chainlines and vertical wire lines. Housed in protective archival envelope. Spine includes marking ("Y") in black ink at tail. First title includes annotations in pencil script, and stamps (embossed and ink, the latter dated "Mar 16 1917") of the Boston Public Library. Rear free pastedown verso includes affixed date due slip. Rear pastedown includes annotation in black ink script at head.
