This book is the second in The Gospel According to Juan/a series. Like its precursor, The Gospel of Mercy According to Juan/a, it is a compilation of true-to-life stories and reflections from the perspective of the Filipino every wo/man. This time the topic is love as explored through the lens of the Sacred Scriptures, and as experienced in ordinary/banal circumstances made extraordinary by the power of love.

It is intended to be read as a prequel rather than a sequel to The Gospel of Mercy because love encompasses all virtues. It is only through the eyes of love where one can truly appreciate all that is good in the human spirit.
