It has now sold out of its second printing and a third is contemplated ... Because the publication [was] such a resounding success, Dr. Gabrielle Palmer offered to compile a second collection of papers from current researchers. This volume is largely the result of her efforts. A few additional articles were added [to] provide a more complete picture of current issues surrounding trail management ...
