This supplement is intended to identify the three areas recommended for closure to leasing, provide further explanation of the changes made by BLM from Alternative A in the Draft RMPA/EIS to Alternative A Modified in the Proposed RMPA/Final EIS, and explain how the changes do not change the impact to the environment and allow the public an opportunity to comment on these issues.
