Two hundred copies of this special edition have been printed. This copy being the one hundred & thirty first dated 15th March 1919 is presented to: Mr. Léonce Colucci Bey.

T. E. Lawrence is credited with a share in the design and reproduction of these stamps. Cf. Ernest M. Dowson's essay, "Mapwork and printing in the Near East," in T. E. Lawrence, by his friends, edited by A. W. Lawrence (London, 1937), p. 135.
