The dew of thy love that once fell on my petals,
That dew of my love that once fell on thy petals,
Is this the falling dew of heaven,
That You and I are meant to see every lighted morn.
As in this dew, glistens a love that fell
From the lips of heaven above,
Just to fill you and I, with a love
Too young to die, in a dawn that just began.
In your eyes, I see the gaze that holds the light,
The light of stars falling from the sky,
The stars that endured the cry of our pain,
Just so to release a light in our hearts,
Just so to walk, in a forgotten love of yesterday, once again.
Cause tonight is the night, when a song seems to escape,
The lips of Yours and Mine, one more time.
The journey that You began from your pen to my heart,
The journey that I began from my pen to your heart,
Is this the journey when love began?
Is this the poem that burst a silence into eloquence?
Bud to a flower, melody to an epiphany.
